Cook's by the Ocean is the finest beachside cottage colony in the world. Cooks overlooks the Atlantic Ocean in Wellfleet, MA with fourteen cottages available for weekly rental. The cottages are spaced over several acres of beachfront property and are located at the top of an 80 foot sand dune. The property is just south of LeCount Hollow Beach with access to the largest private beach on the outer banks of Cape Cod.
